I just read about this book yesterday -- it sounds great. I especially say this because I don't have a business plan and have really been thinking I do need one. I not only don't have one for my own home-based business, but now my husband and I are partnering with our sister-in-law to expand our one rental unit and acquire more. We are becoming real estate investors, though we're not there yet. "Becoming" would be the operative word. So a business plan is in order. We're also turning to books for knowhow -- in this case, "The Best Real Estate Investing Method Ever." Great book, with a great method for investing. I like all kinds of things about this approach, including that it works wherever you are (Ohio, Florida, Brazil) and whoever you are (novice, experienced, male, female) -- plus you get the success principles that the people in charge recognize in all successful real estate investors. So we know what will work, and what doesn't -- even if we think it will. Great stuff.
I love books... there's so much knowledge out there...
